about me
After obtaining Bachelor in Law, I ventured into the tech and fintech world where I spent 7 years working in operational roles with product and tech teams.
Looking for a change, I fell down the blockchain rabbit hole and since the very beginning I was mainly focused on DAOs, decentralized autonomous organizations.
I worked with a variety of Web3 projects in different capacities, ranging from governance, business, product and legal.
In addition to my consultancy and advisory work, I am a guest lecturer and educator in online schools, universities, and a number of webinars and workshops.

Aleksa Mil
DAO Design & Strategy
I initially started my Web3 journey as a voluntary contributor in DAOs. My main focus was DAO governance, operations, and legal and compliance.
My hands-on experience enabled me to transition to a consultant and advisor to Web3 projects. I supported a variety of projects such as GameFi NFT project, a DEX (decentralized exchange), social impact DAO, real estate project, and others, with governance, operations, legal and compliance, business and product.
In addition to that, I teach and mentor on Web3 and DAOs.
